"I've been to spa adagio twice. Regina is the kindest and most personable therapist I've ever met. The first time was before my wedding with my mom. We had the best experience so I got a gift certificate for my maid of honor and other bridesmaid for the forever friends package. Fast forward 5 years, I've got 2 toddlers and one on the way and today my best friend and I went again. It's such a personal time with whoever you go with or I'm sure it's the same on your own. We were greeted warmly and had time to chat and fill out forms, and when we were ready change into our robes. She came and spoke with us about aromas we liked/disliked and then we followed her lead. She knows exactly what she is doing, she is well versed in muscle anatomy, which I think is super important for anyone who is giving a massage.
