" A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS PLACE! UPDATE (as a response to the owner's note below): It is not surprising that when I called the number the "owner" indicated, it was ANOTHER DEAD END. Another recorder where you may leave another message or multiple, that will only be completely ignored. Not once I got any call-backs. This proves this is business as usual for this establishment. Original Review: It's unfortunate to write this, but this company lacks basic professionalism and courtesy. The walk-in clinic front desk staff member was extremely unpleasant and difficult to communicate with. If I hadn't already been in pain, I would have left and gone elsewhere because of that interaction alone. Scheduling physical therapy was impossible. The phone numbers listed on the referral were either incorrect or not working. When I called the main number on the referral header to ask about the referral--which connects to a call center--I was told I had reached the wrong number and needed to speak directly with the clinic instead of them . However, after several attempts to get a rep to properly transfer me, I was never successfully transferred, and no working direct number was provided. The call center staff is extremely untrained. No one knowledgeable ever answered at the call center or through the other numbers listed. Instead, I was repeatedly directed to voicemail, and my calls were never returned. The call center experience was especially concerning and so disturbing. Multiple representatives hung up while I was speaking, placed me on hold without returning to the call, or left me waiting without anyone picking up. I had to call more than a dozen times just to receive minimal assistance. Each time, I was given different and often contradictory information. It was clear there was no coordination or understanding of the incorrect contact details provided on the referral. Ultimately, I had no other choice but to give up and sought care elsewhere due to the inaccessibility and lack of professionalism. Providing patients with incorrect contact information and failing to offer clear communication demonstrates a serious lack of attention and care. That is not what patients should expect from a healthcare provider. Overall, this was an eye-opening and deeply disappointing experience, and I would recommend choosing a different provider if you value reliable and respectful care. On the other hand, the medical team at the walk-in clinic was a different story. They were kind and professional. The PAC staff member who saw me was amazing and exceptionally patient. He explained everything clearly, no matter how many questions I asked. He was easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. It is a shame I had to forgo care with them due to the company's inability to make scheduling accessible and functional, as well as the unprofessionalism of the call center. That is what ultimately drove me away. "

"I walked into the Ortho walk in clinic for my daughter that had a basketball injury. The front desk lady was very quick and made sure she was seen quickly. She was seen by PA Alex Baren. He was extremely nice and professional. My daughter felt extremely comfortable with him as well. Our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend!"

"The front desk staff are so rude! Especially the black woman who works the walk in clinic registration. You can't ask her a simple question without her responding with an attitude and making it seem like you asked a stupid question."

"Dr.Bennett and his entire support team are nothing short of amazing! In October of 2024 I had been diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. A friend recommended Dr. Bennett. I had done a fair amount of research on my condition and was very interested in a surgical procedure that would include blood platelet therapy as apart of the procedure. After viewing an interview of Dr. Bennett on YouTube I was convinced he was my first choice for the operation. When I first contacted his office I was scheduled for a visit and evaluation in approximately four weeks from my initial contact. To my utter surprise I was contacted later the same day and asked if I could come in the very next day. Within about 10 minutes of arriving for my initial visit I was escorted into and exam room after a short period of time Dr. Bennett came in and spent almost 45 minutes reviewing my condition and explaining how he would repair my shoulder which was now, not only torn, but separated. I was overwhelmed by his warmth, sincerity and willingness to explain the procedure he would perform in a way that I understood. When I asked about blood platelet therapy he said that he would do something even better. He described how he would use stem cels, taken from my hip at the beginning of the operation, because they were proven to be even more effective than blood platelets in the heeling process. The operation was scheduled. The staff and facility were first rate. Everyone, I or my wife, came in contact with were warm, friendly and supportive of my needs. They made me feel relaxed and confident that the outcome would be successful. I'm almost 70 years old. I'm active. I sail and workout at a gym regularly. I can honestly say I'm in better shape than before my injury. Now, I have to say, the procedure is not easy. It take weeks, actually months to recover. It's not easy. A lot of the responsibility for a successful outcome is the responsibility of the patient. Committing to a rigorous regiment of physical therapy is a key component to a successful outcome. If you are willing to commit to your roll in recovering, Dr. Bennett, his Exceptional surgical skills, and his team will do everything to aid you in achieving a successful outcome."

"Went there as soon as they opened and had a great experience. The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. All staff, including the physician, were friendly and attentive. Got in at 8 AM and was out the door by 8:50 AM. My visit included x-rays, doctor' exam, and scheduling a follow up appointment, all under 1 hour!"

"I used their walk-in clinic after a weekend knee injury and it was a godsend. I was SO pleased with the care I received. It would hav e taken me days (or week+) to get in somewhere and be seen."

"Give them two stars but only because has bad experience for long waiting for walk-in service. I was told by others to go there because they have almost no waiting time in comparison to such Urgent care facility as PatientFirst or similar in the area. Reviews from people also was good. But in reality.... I took my wide there just for X-ray and may be short consultation as she twisted her leg, to make sure that healing going right way for her. We walked-in, signed all their papers, ask them how long it takes to see the Doctor. Lady at front desk said that she not sure, but we have only two walk-in persons before us, so awaiting time looks reasonable short. But we waited more than one hour and still without filling to see doctor soon. When I asked them when approximately we see doctor, they have no clue and offer to look how many people around there seeking to service and judge by ourselves for how long it takes. It was Monday's morning and may be that slightly explains a little "mess" there. After another answer "We don't know" after question "When?" We decided to leave that place and not waste crirical time of our life for service we promised. Besides, I see no reason to pay for "eternity awaiting service" instead for real help from doctor. Ironically... time we spent there with still no service, was more, that average time most of "walk-in" people spend in PatientFirst!!! Despite the fact that PatientFirst widely criticized by many for their long lines. I believe that many Reviews here gived 5 stars for doctor's service there are really reflected quality of doctors who work in this facility. No doubt! But unfortunately we didn't get our chance to reach doctor there and make sure for the same quality service for ourselves."

"Went in today with a shoulder injury. Calling in to ask questions was not successful so I just went in when they opened. Everyone who helped me was pleasant, genuinely interested in what I had to say and I was seen extremely fast. The PA listened to me, explained options and cared that I was in pain. Who knew ortho urgent care was a thing? 10/10 would go again if needed."
