"Please listen to the comments. I had zero issues with Amy West's staff cause they were very compassionate and accommodating. She unfortunately, was exactly like her reviews portray her. She had no compassion, she was very unprofessional. She sat in her chair slouched down and talked to me as if we were talking trash to each other at a ball game. I felt as if she had a problem with me as soon as she walked into the examination room. Which was surprising because her staff received me very differently. If you're looking for compassion in a doctor she's not the doctor for you. Please listen to the comments. I'm sure all the positive feedback was given to her by her friends and family. Her bedside manner is lacking at best. I also agree with some of the other comments that the office is like a bustling factory pumping out knockoffs. Lastly the parking lot is extremely crowded and you're almost forced to use valet because of it. I really wish I knew that before making this appointment. If you have to go there please leave at least 20-30mins prior to your arrival time cause the parking lot is extremely congested and problematic."

"I saw Dr. West twice for a work-related injury and she had a terrible attitude with me and made several mistakes when writing her doctor's notes documenting my injury. She spent no more than 5 minutes with me during each visit and was very unhelpful. Nikola, who is her athletic trainer went out of her way to email my employer with the intent to make me look like a liar when I simply asked for a doctor's note. What a terrible medical office. Avoid them at all costs!!"

"Dr. West and her team accurately and quickly diagnosed my issue and were collaborative in deciding my care plan. I had a great experience."
