"I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I didn't even make it through the door. I was calling as a referring provider. Their website clearly lists DMX as a service, so I called to confirm before sending a patient their way. A woman answered the phone sounding miserable from the start. I politely asked if they offered DMX. She put me on hold for twenty minutes. When she finally picked up again, she had no idea why I was calling and asked, "What do you need?" I explained -- again -- that I had asked about DMX. She then told me they do X-rays and asked what kind, even though I had already said it three times. Finally, she said, "No, we don't do that type of X-ray." So after wasting twenty minutes and dealing with attitude, I got the opposite answer of what's advertised. If this is how they treat professionals trying to refer patients, I can't imagine the experience patients get. Now I understand why the reviews are as low as they are."

"I met with the doctor yesterday and he took time to really explain what I needed. He was very personable and relatable. Also the PA that worked with him yesterday was awesome. Appointment to this facility was so easy that I thought I wouldn't be seen yesterday. I love the people and the place so yes I would recommend them any day."

"By far the worst office I've been too, waited 2 about 15 - 20 minutes before I went up to front desk to say are there any forms for me to fill out, by the way I schedule appointments online, but before being seen, then come to find out as of Sept they won't be taking my insurance an longer. However, waited another 1.5 hours just to be called in the back and wait another 1.5 hours. Just terrible, as a new patient I've never had to wait 2 hours long just to be seen. They need to work on appointment schedules a little better. Glad I won't have to be going back here!"
