"Horrible treatment. They're all incredibly rude. I was having my treatment done under insurance and told them i wanted no additional services that my insurance wouldn't cover, and they still tried charging me for services after telling me it would be covered by my insurance. And only when i told them i would contact Medicaid did they stopped trying to charge me additional fees. Absolutely fraudulent with their words and will try to pull tricks on you."

"I was a new patient recently with a back complaint. My experience with Horne was not a good one. I scheduled an appt with Dr Horne and he was not there. I should have been told that. The evaluation was basically a few questions and cost 185.00. No physical exam was given, no x-rays were taken. I went back for a second visit and met Dr Horne. I was just treated and adjusted and asking if I was stretching. That is it. I called the office left a message with the office manager to ask a few questions so I could decide whether to go back or move on. At the cost of almost $400, I still have not received a call back. I want better care then was provided. This was a waste of my money with no positive results."
