The PT program was dynamic and Ritu was proactive in understanding where I am in my recovery journey to adjust the program accordingly. They don't just treat your injury, they set a goal like "get back into running" and then work holistically towards it. That meant we did work around muscle strength, core strength, flexibility and acceleration exercises to get not only my knee, but whole body back in shape for exercises.
