"I accompanied my 91 year old father to his appt. in White Plains last week. He went with much trepidation of seeing a new doctor and what the doctor may say of findings with his MRI. When Dr Hoang came in to the treatment room he introduced himself and already knew reason for my father's visit. He was so well prepared. He took the time and described what we were seeing on my father's MRI. Dr. Hoang was so detailed and explained in a way we could understand. He listened to our concerns, answered every question and did not rush us. I informed Dr. Hoang that I am also in healthcare and that he represented what every provider should do for their patients. We left the office and my father and I especially for my father felt like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. Thank you Dr. Hoang for your gentle approach and kindness towards my father and I. My deepest appreciation for making this a human experience."
