"Simionetti damaged my daughter's neck. He lost her medical records in 2002 and then didn't remember what he did to her when asked. Total nonsense. He did not stay in his chiropractic lane and did something unconscionable to her neck. She is debilitated and in lot of pain. She complained about him to the chiropractic board in 2002. She went to his office and complained to him. He should not have done what he did to her neck. No remorse. How do you know when you saw her when you supposedly lost her records?"
