"Carol who works in the Bel Air office wasn't to pleasant at all. She gave me the hardest time about my referral. She even went as low as calling my insurance company to see if I changed the doctor's name on my insurance card. She told me I could not go to my doctor's appointment because my referral wasn't by the pcp on my insurance card. I went over top of her head and I believe the lady name was Rachael was so professional and respectful and to make a long story short I was able to be seen. Carol stop giving ppl a hard time and let them get the help and care they need. You are supposed to make appointments not call insurance companies. Get a grip! If that's not miserable then what is. Smh thank you Rachael!!!! And guess what Carol I got to my appointment lol ....."

"I have had two appointments with Dr. Antoniades, and that will be the extent of my time with him. My experience was below horrific with him. I came to him with chronic lower back pain that is likely caused by a bruised/ruptured lower disc in my spine, having now been in an extreme amount of pain for 2-3 weeks. He was completely dismissive of the amount of pain I am in due to my back issues, and would not discuss any kind of immediate pain management, arguing with me that if the current medicine he gave me isn't working, what else would I like to try? I'm the patient!!! I do not know what to do, that's why I came to him! He kept asking me what I wanted to do about my condition. If I knew that, I would also be a doctor and wouldn't need him. But, seeing as I'm not, I was relying on him, a supposed professional, to provide me help, which he did not. He was condescending to me when asking questions about my pain, and telling me I shouldn't be in as much pain as I am in. When asked to show him the pain, I told him I couldn't physically draw the line of sensation because I couldn't bend down to trace it down my leg into my feet. He just kept saying please try... please try to what? All of a sudden not have excruciating pain anymore? Eventually he got a "poker" to use to draw down my leg, which was a Stanley hardware level. Why the hell does he use a Stanley level as a medical device??? After all this, he just referred me to a pain management specialist which was on a list of doctors noted for dealing with pain medicine addiction. So, after all this, it was clear he thought of me as a person simply seeking pain medicine as a junkie, not as a real person who is living in excruciating back pain due to a possible spinal disc rupture. He wouldn't discuss anything else because he was bias against me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Additionally, the front staff misplaced my insurance information and may have put someone else's insurance card info as mine. That is extremely concerning due to the amount of PII they process every day."

"I was very impressed with Dr Antoniades during our meeting in his office yesterday he reviewed the MRI and X-rays of my spine and concluded that he could operate on me and relieve the pressure on my nerves at L3,L4and L5. He said a small operation using his special method could cause this pressure to be reduced and allow me to once again play golf and resume my normal active Life Style. I was elated and also convinced that he would do this for me. His record in achieving success using his technique amazing. I am happy to share the Good News about "Dr A" with everyone ."
