"Only the first visit to choose right pain meds for me for my chronic back pain, Dr. Yeh was kind and spent enough time , listing well my needs but he totally changed the way he treats me since second visit ongoing. Last year I injured my neck and needed his help to ease my pain after I was discharged from hospital inpatient unit but he was very obnoxious attitude and even yelled at me during the visit. I tried my best to explain my condition and needs but I felt like I was a bug for Dr. yeh. I made the third visit after my neck got better but still needed to consult my chronic back pain. He was still blunt and gave me very brief exam and a short recommendation only. I don't understand how he can change the way he treats me. And many patients rated Dr. Yeh Google 5 star , but to look back at my visits, I don't think I could give him 5 star. Why I gave 2 stars was office was on time to take me in and organized and staff was nice."

"Dr Yeh was pleasant but not very helpful. He didn't even bother to go over the X-rays with me. Not even sure he reviewed them as the disks I brought were being uploaded while he met with me and returned midway through the consultation. Insisted I needed more imaging without rationale other than "the insurance would want it". His recommendations were things I had already done in the 7 months I've been coping with the neck pain. I felt the visit was a waste of my time and insurance money."
