"Hello. On April 21, 2025, I visited your facility to inquire about the process and requirements for a medical examination. I stood in front of the reception window for several minutes without being acknowledged. One staff member was occupied with paperwork and did not pay any attention to my presence. When I approached and asked about pricing and conditions, I was asked unrelated questions, such as how many people would be attending. During our brief conversation, the staff member stopped speaking with me after being distracted by a colleague. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. I request that your reception staff be trained to show basic courtesy, such as greeting visitors with "Hello," apologizing if they are interrupted, and ending conversations with "Goodbye." 5 Star only to Doctor.
