"Dr. Go is definitely a 5 stars!!! I came to the office with a terrible pain in my lower back and with herniated disc, I couldn't even sit, or stand for a long time, I was on pain medicine and muscles relaxers but still the pain was always there. I couldn't stand the pain any longer so I tried a chiropractor and I am so happy with that decision!! The same day the pain went down to 50% and the next says the pain just went significantly down, thank you so much!! Dr Go is so patient, nice and professional!!!!"

"My mom's spine caused her shoulders to be uneven/ crooked for as long as I can remember. She also had a hard time looking straight on. It wasn't painful, but it was a source of deep insecurity. We don't know when or how it happened, but the crooked-ness was very apparent. I took her to see Dr. Go about a year ago, and she's been getting treated ever since. Prior to the initial assessment, the front desk was very helpful in tracking down my mom's complicated and nuanced insurance provided by her union. They even wrote it down for us for future reference. On first visit, Dr. Go methodically examined my mom through X-rays, listened to all of our concerns, explained the treatment plan carefully (English is my mom's 3rd language), and made both my mom and myself feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He also explained that my mom's shoulders were likely the result of an injury (possibly decades ago). Now, about a year later, my mom's spine and neck placement has dramatically improved. Her shoulders are much closer to level and she's able to look head on. She's expressed that she has greater mobility. She's been getting so many compliments from coworkers and friends (which she happily shares with me). My mom looks forward to getting adjusted by Dr. Go each week. The office is clean and the staff super friendly. Dr. Go is meticulous, caring, professional, and extremely good at his job. I couldn't recommend Dr. Go enough!"

"Dr. Go is such a gem! I am writing this review after 2+ years after seeing him. I saw him for several months after a fall, but he was the 8th? chiropractor I have seen over the past 20 years, and he is a cut above the rest! My wife and I took our son to see him in early infancy when he was showing signs of torticollis, and it was the most amazing appointment of any of our lives: he explained everything with the sensitivity that a new parent needs, showed us how he would use the focused function on the therapy tool at one point on his little baby spine and in 15 seconds, the baby showed no side preference. Since we were there he also helped us with different approaches for gassiness, which is always helpful! I was shocked that he took insurance and thought perhaps the level of care would drop as I had experienced in a few other practices, over time, but the exercises in the beginning for those who are able is such a stroke of brilliance because, even if you stop going, you know how to do some basic chair/wall yoga, and you know what it starts to sound and feel like if you haven't been moving and stretching your spine. Dr Go said if you're depressed as hell, crawl out of bed, or roll over, and try 3x 15 cat/cows. See how you feel. And damn if that doesn't at least make you feel silly enough to keep going! He has a great sense for people and that matters so, so, so much."

"Dr. Go was recommended to me by my dog's acupuncturist. She has taken her baby here and I trust her so much that I felt comfortable taking such a young infant. I was worried my newborn had an issue with pooping without lots of discomfort. Dr Go helped him to align his back with a simple flick and massage. He showed us how to do massage to help with this and keep neck from tension. He noticed that the baby was favoring one side while lying down which we didn't even notice and the baby instantly started turning both ways while sleeping and lying down. This literally avoided him having a flat head. We are visiting him again about a month later to check back and neck are how they should be."

"A friend referred me to Dr. Go, and I had a wonderful experience at his office. Unlike other chiropractors I have seen in the past, he didn't burden me with unnecessary X-rays or a lengthy treatment plan. He was able to treat my severe low back spasms in just a few sessions. In addition to the spinal adjustments, he also suggested stretches to do at home to speed the recovery process. Dr. Go is very personable and I feel like he really listened to my specific complaints. The front office verified my insurance coverage and provided me with a breakdown of my financial responsibility at my first visit. I received great care at this very reputable practice."

"Dr Go has really changed my quality of life with these sessions . I am pregnant and had been experiencing sciatic nerve pain and issues with walking because of the pain around 20 weeks. Since I started seeing him weekly, I have been able to walk well and feel functional again! I don't know how I would have survived pregnancy without his sessions. I'm 34 weeks now. He is also very pleasant and knowledgeable and explains everything in detail."

"Dr. Go is my favorite medical professional and by far the best chiropractor Ive ever seen. His office is very nice, his staff is welcoming and efficient and his location is super convenient. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Go's care. He has a very thorough and innovative approach and I always leave his office feeling great. Dr. Go always has a smile on his face and listens to and addresses any concerns or needs I have and I never feel rushed out. I look forward to my visits because I know Im being well taken care of."

"Dr. James Go is a good chiropractic doctor and he is in fact very knowledgeable. However what I did not like about his service and his front desk staff was that they were dishonest. I clearly asked him and his front desk staff about pricing with our insurance because I wanted to make sure we could afford it. We were told one thing and our bill in the mail was not what close to what we discussed. Exactly the reason why I wanted to know what we were looking at before we accepted his services.I have insurance never have I ever had to pay $250 for an adjustment and consult . I've been to several places where they've included X-rays as well and I've never had to pay out of pocket that large amount . If I was aware of it I would have continued with another practice. I also had called the office to speak with the Dr. twice and I was told he would get back to me. Till this day I'm still waiting. I paid the bill but I won't step foot in that office again. Advice for this office is to be more honest."
