Testimonials
"I had my first appointment with Dr Grishma Shah last week, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. What sets her apart is her truly holistic approach--she doesn't just focus on the immediate injury or pain point, but takes into account your overall health and wellbeing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. When you're in a session with her, you have her undivided attention. There are no distractions--no shuffling through paperwork, no phone calls interrupting, no juggling multiple patients. She is 110% present and focused on you, which is increasingly rare to find in healthcare. She begins by asking thoughtful questions and, more importantly, she truly listens to your answers. You can tell she's genuinely interested in understanding your situation and concerns. This attentive approach made me feel heard and valued as a patient. After just one session, I felt amazing--both physically and mentally refreshed. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. If you're looking for PT services in the area, I highly, highly recommend giving her a try. You won't be disappointed."
"Dr. Grishma is highly qualified not only for women's pelvic therapy but men's also. I have been Dr. Grishma's PT patient for two months and she has been highly effective at diagnosing pelvic health issues as well as providing me with the resources to continue my treatment outside of her office. Dr. Grishma is always friendly and professional and made me comfortable talking about my physical therapy needs. I would recommend her for both women's and men's pelvic PT needs."
"Grishma saved my life and my babies life! Not only with my pelvic floor but she didn't gaslight me unlike my OB. She immediately recognized my pre-eclampsia had progressed with severe features, called her husband who is an MFM and had me admitted within the hour. Both me and baby are safe. Now I'm working with Grishma to strengthen my core and address the body challenges that arrive with parenthood. Also she's a great listener"
"I was 2 years postpartum with my first child and still experiencing chronic pelvic and tailbone pain when I found Pelvic Pro Physical Therapy. Four previous doctors/pelvic floor specialists were unable to improve my situation or offer any answers - the tailbone piece really stumped them all. I felt unable to have more children until I got my pain under control. Dr. Shah was familiar with tailbone pain resulting from birth, and experienced in treating it. After listening to my birth story and doing a thorough evaluation, she proposed a plan and timeline. I am so grateful for her expertise, and compassion through the healing process. She is incredibly gifted not only at physical therapy, but also at explaining what is going on in your body, and how to address it. I cannot recommend Pelvic Pro Physical Therapy and Dr. Shah highly enough!"
"I can't recommend Dr. Grishma Shah enough!! She truly has healed and helped me find the root cause of my pain and aches. She is extremely knowledgeable and really compassionate. I never feel rushed and she spends the whole appointment with me working on my body and going over the exercises, which is unheard of for PT. I haven't felt this good and pain free in years!! She is an amazing and caring pelvic PT."
"I am so happy I got to work with Dr. Grishma Shah! She is incredible at what she does. The therapy sessions were helpful, informative and instructive. She addresses the needs of the client with such care, compassion and sensitivity. She provided wonderful support and encouragement for me during a difficult time."
"I started seeing Dr.Shah because of a limp and pain on my knee and back that prevented me from walking ,sitting , and or even standing for more than 10 minutes. I am so glad I found Dr.Shah as she was able to find the root cause of my pain and treat me . She is so compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, and treated me as if part of her family . I have had couple of sessions now and not once did I feel rushed. Her hands are truly gifted and the combination of her expertise in Orthopedics and pelvic health is just what anyone in chronic pain needs today."
"Adding to my review after meeting with their new physical therapist, Jessica Wilkes! I was really impressed with Jessica's ability to jump in and provide care for me while Grishma was out. She was completely up to date with my chart and challenge areas, so we were able to jump right in so I could continue progressing! I would highly recommend Jessica! I started seeing Grishma about halfway through my pregnancy due to low back pain from a previous surgery, pelvic pain, and tailbone pain. I felt immense pain relief after just a few sessions. Grishma sees patients 1:1, which most pelvic PT places do not do, and personalizes your exercises, stretches, and manual therapy depending on your needs that session. I have continued bi-weekly sessions throughout my entire pregnancy and plan to begin postpartum at week three to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction and heal properly after birth. I am so grateful to have found Grishma during my pregnancy and encourage anyone who is wondering if pelvic PT is needed to see her!"
