"My first appointment was in office and I had a good experience and really liked my doctor. I left there with an order to have an MRI. I had shared that I am claustrophobic and had a panic attack the last time that I had an MRI and the doctor said that he could write me a prescription for one Valium for me to take the day of the appointment. When I left, I was planning on finding an open MRI so I did not take him up on that offer. When I actually tried to schedule my MRI I realized that the open MRI place did not take my insurance so I had to schedule a regular MRI. I called the office and requested that prescription and was told that it would be sent in. It never was. I sent a follow up email and that was ignored. I had nothing for my MRI appointment. Later that week I was supposed to have my follow up appointment, which was supposed to be virtual. I had received several confirmation text messages from the office, reminding me of my appointment, but none of them had any information about how to join my virtual appointment. I called the day before my appointment to confirm the appointment and confirm that it was virtual and they said yes, and that I would receive a link in the morning to join. I'm sitting here at the time of my appointment and I still have nothing. I waited five minutes and I called the office. I'm transferred to the front desk, where nobody answers. I leave a message and wait 10 more minutes. At this point it's 9:45 and my appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 and I have heard nothing about how I'm supposed to join this virtual appointment. I called the office again. I told them what's going on and the girl who answered asked the person sitting next to her if she had called me to check me in and the girl says yes. I'm very confused because I hadn't gotten no phone call from them that morning, in fact I had been the one to call them. I said oh when did you call me? They said it was before 9 o'clock. I'm looking at my phone. I have no missed calls. I asked what number they called. They read me my cell phone number and I was like okay well, I have no calls from you guys. Just wanted to let you know that. They literally had no response. Why not just admit that you didn't call me? So, they take my payment information and tell me the doctor will send me a link when he's ready to start my appointment. It's almost 10 o'clock and I have still received nothing. After they took my payment they immediately asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up appointment for one month out. I told them no because I'm supposed to be getting my MRI results today and I have no idea what's going to happen from here. Why would I schedule a follow up? That was bizarre to me. I work full-time and have taken time out of my workday for this appointment. I thought a virtual appointment would take less time out of my day. This has just been very messy and confusing and I'm not really happy about it."

"The pain management options offered by this practice are extremely limited. If you have a complex case, I recommend choosing another practice for your care. Furthermore, the practice is poorly managed. The administrative staff is unhelpful and rude. Be prepared to wait multiple hours for your appointment (while being given the run around by the front desk) regardless of whether your consult is in office or virtual. Do not expect your time to be respected."

"If you're someone who has suffered from chronic pain and have felt dismissed by previous physicians, look no further than Dr. Kiefer I saw Dr. Kiefer for a consult before he will perform a procedure. As someone who has had chronic pain for the last 10 years, I've seen A LOT of doctors over the years. Dr. Kiefer stands out because: 1) HE TRULY LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS AND CONCERNS! Also, he has great bedside manner overall 2) He is super knowledgeable and clearly continues research/learn about conditions to ensure that he can provide the best treatment to his patients. He clearly goes above and beyond by doing additional research on existing diseases/conditions as well as studying new conditions. 3) he doesn't rush his patients and makes sure to ask all of the pertinent questions to make sure you receive the best care possible Also, the office staff is super responsive, organized, and helpful. When working with patients who are suffering from chronic pain, it takes extra patience and empathy. They carry themselves with passion and grace. Excited to have found Dr. Kiefer and I wish I had sooner"

Both Specialist are amazing and go above and beyond to thoroughly examine and address the root cause of pain using very little medication & more on activity modification and interventions. Both physicians, Drs. Net/Kiefer advocate their patients, and that they derive immense pleasure from patients' wellbeing.
