"Not a very good doctor. He patronizes women and people of color while making little to no effort to uncover the root cause of the ailments his patients are experiencing. He tosses aside patients when he gets bored and hands them off to his equally inattentive assistant. Dr. Schwartz was the first orthopedist I've met with. It wasn't until I became so frustrated with all of his handwaving and went to see another orthopedist that I realized the depth of what was lacking in his medical care. Dr Schwartz is the kind of doctor that will gaslight you into thinking everything is fine, when in fact everything is not fine and actual treatment is required. I suffered under this man's care for about 4 months, with no treatment to my problem. It took a different doctor about 1.5 months to diagnose and fully treat the problem. I basically suffered unnecessarily for months. It affected my job performance, and my overall ability to enjoy life for months. And on top of that it was very expensive. Since other patients seemed satisfied and since none of the other patients I saw in the waiting room looked like me, I would say this doctor degraded his level of care toward me because of perceived prejudices. I definitely did not feel welcome at his facility after a while. Would not recommend."
