"Loved working with Mariella Sesbreno for my hamstring strain. She is really nice, absolutely knows her stuff and is always on time. If you have to go on vacation and take a break, she will also let you know what exercises to do so you don't lose progress. While I hope I don't get injured again, I would 100% go back to see her if I did."

"Mariella Sesbreno is a true gem. With a sweet demeanor and calming voice, she clearly explains every exercise, building and regularly updating a complete and very doable exercise program, and she's very, very effective. I've seen her for 3 unrelated injures over the course of the last 14 months, and she has rehabilitated each (hand, leg, and neck) with confidence and ease. I can be hard on my body, and have had many physical therapists over the years. None even comes close, because she has a combination of skills the others lacked: a clear, nearly eidetic memory, and superb intuition. Of course it takes work on my part to do the exercises daily, but every time I walk in the door, even right behind another patient, she already knows what's going on, and where we were last time I visited, which feels refreshing, and certainly contributes to her intuition to being as good as it is. She's a great listener who is flexible, adaptable, and creative, so if there's an exercise that isn't working for me, she's always willing to take a different approach, and she still gets the desired results. I would trust her completely even with the most sensitive pain, and honestly, I can't recommend her enough. From these experiences, I'd say she's worthy of 6 stars. You really need to look no further."
