Testimonials

Sharyn Scully

"Just had my hand operated on after doing a ton of research chose Dr. Rago and his staff. As a salon owner my hands are everything to my career. Over a dozen clients that come into my business had used Dr. Rago and highly recommended him. This helped solidify my decision so I'm here to do the same for anyone looking for a great Doctor for carpel tunnel. Not only did he explain everything thoroughly but his staff was equally as compassionate and thorough. When I look for a doctor I also look at his surroundings staff as the entire experience. This was a great experience from start to finish. Very happy in my decision to have Dr. Rago do my surgery."

"This is the second time I have seen Dr. Rago for a trigger finger issue. In 2014, I went to him to have surgery on my hand and he and his staff did a wonderful job. I read the review by Jack Keller and felt obligated to write my own review. I am not a relative or friend of Dr. Rago. I am one of his patients. I just came back from Dr. Rago's office , where he did an evaluation on another trigger finger issue. I found the staff courteous, professional and business like. There was nothing rude about the staff or Dr. Rago. Dr. Rago examined my finger, told me what he could do, explained the surgery in a polite, professional manner. I was on time getting to his office and in turn the entire pre-exam information form was presented to me immediately. Upon finishing the form, I was taken almost immediately to an exam room where a medical assistant reviewed my information and asked several questions. Dr. Rago came to the exam room introduced himself, reviewed the information and professional told me my options to resolve the issue. When I elected for surgery and I was escorted to the scheduling staff to set up my surgery process. The entire time took 30-40 minutes. Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. It would be terrific if all doctors' office operated as politely, efficiently and professionally as Dr. Rago and his staff."

"I liked Dr. Rago he's a nice guy, but after my carpal tunnel procedure in 9/19 I had a lot of pain and swelling. Disturbingly he said he didn't know how or why this was happening. This condition resulted in wide spread scar tissue and nerve damage. Now, more then 3 years later I have litlle sense of touch in three fingers just a constant stinging and or burning sensation. If I had been a key board operator, piano player or surgeon it would be career ending. So sadly I must recomend you seek out a dfifferent Dr. to do your hand surgery."
