"This was my wife Kathryn's initial appointment with Dr Gilotra to confirm a diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff in her right shoulder, which was caused by a fall while on vacation in Italy. She also suffered a head injury, and bleed. Dr Gilotra was very gentle during her physical exam, and in a soft voiced confirmed the tear, and then presented the pros, and the cons, of performing surgery.
