Testimonials

Sam Henriquez (S)

"Bedside manner and first appt were fantastic. I work at a high end, well known PT office and have met with several other clinics so my expectations are quite high. The PT's here are above and beyond trained and knowledgeable as well as passionate. I felt so much relief after one visit and have been in the most excruciating pain in a sensitive time of my life than anyone can imagine. Thank you"

"Absolutely outstanding Therapists! I found them by searching for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd been having issues that couldn't be fixed. After my first session with Kerry, I began feeling a bit better. I've been going to them for a few a months and continue to see improvement. Whatever I did, it didn't happen in 1 day so it won't take 1 day to fix. Being patient and following their instructions is vital. I'd highly recommend them for any issues related to your Pelvic Floor. You'll not only learn about a part of the body we mostly ignore, but how to fix it."

"I was a patient at In Balance Physical Therapy for a few months and the therapists and technicians were top-notch and really helped me a lot. However, after accidentally missing an appointment and attempting to reach the office numerous times to apologize and reschedule, I got no response. Over a month later, I receive a bill in the mail for an item that was given to me while I was a patient . I was never informed that there was a charge for the item at any point during my treatment. When I called to resolve my bill, office staff did not apologize for the lack of communication with me regarding my missed appointment and maintained that I needed to pay for the item since "I did receive it". Therapists are wonderful, office management and customer service are subpar."

"Absolutely awful customer service. I walked over from the urologist office down the hall and the therapist told me she had an open appointment to get me in as a new patient last minute. I told her I needed a few sessions and that I was going to be a taking a trip shortly but was willing to push it, as my health is my priority. As I was filling out the paperwork she said she'd really rather me not take it and give it to someone who needs treatment and can stay long term. She knew absolutely nothing about my case as she hadn't even done the evaluation. She kept stating how my insurance would be a lot of paperwork for her and she really doesn't feel like doing it. I was just dumbfounded by her rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills. She seemed incredibly inexperienced, anxious, rushed, and unprofessional. I ended up putting the half filled paperwork on the desk and walked out of the office. As a healthcare professional you should first and foremost be concerned about the patient's health always. I will never step foot in this facility again. I have never written a bad review in my life but this one deserves one."

"Customer service is nice, personnel is very nice, service itself is not what i expected. For the $200 I paid I was expecting some help with muscles release, but the only thing I got was "do 50 Kegels and do not sit on the toilet for more than 10 min, and here is a plastic tube with some water in it to use". I already knew all that, I learned nothing new. What a waste of $200 and my time, not doing this again."

"I'm extremely pleased with the pelvic therapy I've received so far. It's helped me make significant progress since my prostatectomy. Fantastic therapist & very accommodating staff."

"Staff makes me feel like i am bothering them. Rude therapists. And i feel worse than when i started. Mild back pain turned into severe back pain."
