"I give 3 stars because the front desk is considered the face of the company and the lady Erika have a bad disposition. Sarah is always patient and kind however the lady Erika thought is was smart to go back and forth with me on 2 different occasions which is very unprofessional. One day I came in feeling down because of my situation and as anybody should know in this type of health field is to always practice patience and kindness to a patient but Erika failed to present that when I explained to her that I wasn't fully satisfied with the service of a different PT feeling like I was going through another evaluation. All I asked was can I get something in writing stating that I didn't have a visit today because my usual PT was not here. She proceeds to tell the PT Jordan to write something up stating that I cancelled when I didn't because clearly I was here. Today I asked for a discharge document stating my last visits and the days that were unused but she failed to give that to me as well. I come in peace all the time and she just decides to give me a hard way to go. Sarah however is very kind and patient through the whole situation. Finally there was a nice young lady name Susie who came upfront to speak with me and was very generous and helpful. She gave me the exact documentation my insurance company asked for. This was all Erika had to do, more training should be done on Erika's end & I hope she gets it to be better for others. Thanks again Susie."

"Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and experienced PT's, expansive facilities, huge variety and great quality of equipment and tools for PT. I have been working with my PT Jordan on a wrist injury I received at work, and she has been fantastic. I originally came here because of a worker's comp claim, but just found they actually take my insurance! So, any other PT I need, I plan on doing at NovaCare. -Highly- recommend! "

"I was fortunate enough to have Susannah Coover do my initial evaluation and be my physical therapist for my first four sessions at NovaCare. She is highly professional, an expert at her job, compassionate, patient, and a joy to do my PT with. I look forward to many more sessions as I prepare for my knee replacement. I couldn't be happier. Give her a huge raise. Unfortunately, I must update my above review. During my stay at this facility, my two physical therapists (Susan and Kevin) were both outstanding. I would still rate them a 5 out of 5. However, dealing with the front office was an awful experience. The lack of professionalism was shocking. I would rate the front office a 1 out of 5. I still have approximately 45 sessions allotted to two upcoming knee replacement surgeries. I will be taking those sessions elsewhere."
