"Stay far away from this place! Dr. Wiley and his team are a bunch of scammers. I used to go to this place for my chiropractic care in 2023 after I gave birth to my son. Everything was great and I only paid my copay of $25 for each visit. This past September 2024, I visited one time and the doctor gave me a whole story about how I hadn't paid any of my deductible and that normally he charges over $100 but he was giving me a discount and only charged me $77.25. I didn't trust what he was telling me so I called my insurance to find out if a deductible applied for chiropractic care. They said the deductible did not apply and I was only supposed to pay a copay of $25. The rep from my insurance said he would call the doctor to let him know and to make sure he bills my insurance for the service. So now it's November. I made sure my insurance paid the doctor and I went back to him to request a refund because the deductible does not apply. He refused to give me a refund and still claims that the deductible applies. I told him I would be reporting him to the BBB and insurance company and he said "I was disrespecting him and not to come back". I'm disrespecting him by asking for my money back? Sure. It's not even about the money, it's about principle. This guy is double dipping, overcharging clients and then also submitting claims to the insurance company and he should not be in business. It's people like him who make me not trust any doctor out there, so I'm questioning all doctor payments from now on if they don't coincide with my insurance."

I was barely able yo walk or breath when I got there, after he was done I was almost bacm to myself! Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, you won't regret it!!!!!"
