"I had an unbelievable experience here. Last year I was coming weekly for a while during my pregnancy and then again for myself and newborn postpartum. Before one appointment I asked Dr. Radcliffe to please not "crack" my 2 month old's neck this time. The previous appointment I was not expecting it when he did. I was wanting only the gentle movements for her at that time. He looked angry and said "I don't crack necks. I'm a doctor. I do adjustments. If you ever say that to me again I'll have you thrown out of here". I was so confused and stunned. No one has ever spoken to me like that in my life. My husband called him and asked him to apologize to me. A few weeks later at the end of my appointment I was referred by Dr. Radcliffe to a different chiropractor. I had declined getting the additional work done to correct my spine. I didn't feel I needed that. The adjustments themselves were helping me a lot. The rest of the staff here is all very great. They have a room for kids which I thought was really nice."
