"I had BPPV last week, and it came out of nowhere while I was sleeping -- I simply turned my head from left to right and suddenly the room started spinning. I was terrified because I didn't know what was happening. After seeing an ENT doctor, I was given a few referrals for therapy. I called several places, but most of them only offered general physical therapy and had very limited options for true vestibular therapy. Then I called this place and received a call back directly from Danit Macklin. I honestly expected to speak with a receptionist, but the doctor herself called me. She listened to my entire situation and even did a virtual session with me right away. She sent me a video showing exactly how to do the Epley exercise and explained everything very clearly. She also told me that if home treatment didn't work, I could come in to see her in person. She spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me -- and I didn't even pay for the consultation. I was truly surprised by how caring and genuine she was. She really understood how scary BPPV feels and I could tell she genuinely wanted me to get better. I followed the video she sent, and after doing the Epley exercise twice, it actually helped. This experience was incredibly painful and frightening, and I really hope BPPV never comes back. I wanted to leave this review because Dr. Macklin was so kind, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. I'm very grateful for her help and highly recommend her."
