"I went to the portage park location after having rotator cuff surgery. I worked with my therapist Jessica Macedo 2xs a week for almost 8 months... Jessica was such a professional and joy to work with. She was always very concerned about my progress and well being. The only issue I really saw at the clinic was that Jessica handled so many patience through the day. She always gave her best, but was often pulled away to other clients that also needed her attention. I think that the company books to many patience in a time frame which affects patience individual care... Ernesto Bedolla was always a great help. He was always super friendly and knowledgeable about all the exercises I needed to do. I will be having anither surgery in January and plan on going back to portage to work with Jessica and Ernesto. The clinic supervisor was also very knowledgeable and was always available to fill out necessary paperwork for my Dr and work..... I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE..."

"Jake, Jessica and Ernesto got me through 2 knee replacements. My first replacement was in 2024 and I was a hot blubbering mess. They were totally prepared for the tears, the pain, and the phycological effect that comes with major surgery. Exactly 1 year later I had my 2nd knee replaced. I was thrilled to find the same staff still working at this location a year later. They all remembered me from the previous year. It was so reassuring. The 2nd replacement was not nearly as scarey as the first surgery because Jake, Jessica and Ernesto were waiting for me. I am currently sitting on a beach in Mexico! I'm walking on sand, swimming and living my best life thanks to ATI and their fabulous staff!!"
