"I was there in January due to an unfortunate car accident. I can honestly say doctor Thomas Ragukonis is one of the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He was rude and Unsympathetic. First time finding out what my X-ray shows I was crying and his demeanor was like shut up already so you can get out of my office. He didn't want to explain further. He didn't want to give me further options I might have. He just left abruptly!!! His nurse was nice enough to explain more in details. She was trying her best even though she wasn't the doctor that I paid for to do HIS JOB! Months later I find out a lot of patients have complained about him and they have suggested he should retire. I am sure the suggestion of retirement comes to mind because he attends to his patients like I hate this job...... I am so over this career!!! I was so upset when I left that office I informed my chiropractor that I will not be going back . I will not let someone that's trying to rush me out the office and treat me that way perform any time of surgery on my back. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR INSTEAD. Find a doctor that's going to seat down and explain everything in full details. Give you options and give you that reassurance that everything will be okay."
