They were great with helping me through very immediate pain when I first started going. I found it equally valuable to continue seeing them for some time after: every visit, I felt that I learned some transformative new idea about my body moves and works. In other words, they do an excellent job of treating the cause and not just the symptoms, and they also educating/empowering me on how to do long-term work as well. I also greatly appreciate how they always offer the right amount of "homework" at the right times. The exercises and tasks they give always feels very intentional and optimized for efficiency. Also, the office is immaculately clean and the front-staff are excellent."
