"I had a wonderful experience this week starting with the emergency department through discharge. The emergency department works as a cohesive team and my trip through being seen by medical staff, having a CT scan and being admitted was quick and efficient. I had minor surgery after being admitted. The nursing staff, CNAs, and doctors were wonderful. They each explained what they were doing, made sure I understood and gave me choices when able. I felt like I was being treated extremely well. The ancillary departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage were great. This hospital has some of the best food I have eaten at a hospital (unfortunately, I have been to a few)! I recommend using AdventHealth Bolingbrook highly."

"Just had my baby at UChicago hospital. All staff were friendly, caring, and understanding. Everytime I needed something they were very prompt and helpful. Made me feel at ease given that having a baby is tough. The nurses made everything amazing! They were amazing."

"I've been seeing Dr. Kuhlman for nearly 15 yrs & always experience the same pleasant & attentive service starting from those who welcome you at the reception desk to the kind techs who take you back into a patient room (shout-out to Ann especially!) to Dr. Kuhlman who always makes sure I'm heard & has answered all my questions. My time there is also respected, which as a working mom, I appreciate! And if I need to make an appointment & Dr. Kuhlman is not in the office, the staff will set me up with another doc within the same office--and I've never been disappointed in their service either."

"I had an excellent experience at Advent UCIC Bolingbrook Hospital. The entire team provided me with compassionate, professional, and attentive care from start to finish. The nursing staff, including Alisa and Jen, showed incredible patience and kindness, always making sure I was comfortable and informed. The patient care techs were very supportive and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the transport staff, who made every transfer smooth, and the food service team, who were not only efficient but also warm and friendly -- small gestures that made a big difference during recovery. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond, and I truly felt cared for on every level. I would definitely return here if I ever need help again. "On the computer. Video. I think it went very well . The chat gave me an opportunity to say what was happening with the medication I'm taking and I am going on vacation 2 months and I had to have enough pills to take with me It is about my Insurance. It was helpful. And I will call has suggested at the end of this month February for I am leaving in March. The nurse that spoken the computer to me was very helpful very knowledgeable and I think her. Her name is Angela."

"I was in the hospital for a mini stroke a couple of weeks ago. I eventually had to be taken to ICU for overnight. The RNs in ICU, Elizabeth Govea (Liz) & Olivia were so Professional, Courteous, and just plain Delightful to me. They were very attentive to all of my need and wants. They were very patient and gentle with me. I dare not forget Ms. Bea, the Charge Nurse I believe. This lady is is a person to be reckoned with. I thought I was a rule follower, she truly abides by all of the hospital rules, (Thank you Ms. Bea). I thank God for all three of these ladies. They not only attended to my needs but they also address my concerns. I've never seen a hospital staff that addresses complaints and concerns so promptly. I appreciate these three particular ladies for going above and beyond on my behalf. Thank you for all you do in season and out of season. May God continue to Bless, Prosper, and Cover you... Thank you for taking such good care of me. The phlebotomist Jadha Malone is a sweet, caring, and professional young lady. She came in and introduced herself and explained in great detail what she was there for. She brought sunshine in my room as I was not in the mood. But because of her winning and positive attitude I had no problem with allowing her to do her job. Thank you Ms. Jadha for your personality and letting your light so shine.
