"The Dr's are knowledgeable but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Always running behind; never submitted pre-authorizations after 2 1/2 weeks; front desk is rude and quite unhelpful. Literally sat on hold for "procedure team" for 54 minutes to be sent to voicemail. Find care elsewhere."

"I have never been treated so rudely by a front desk! I got confusing text messages about the time to arrive. One said 310 which was my appointment and another said 230. Then the text said. " Arriving earlier than your scheduled arrival time is not necessary and may result in a longer wait. We look forward to seeing you!". This was very confusing and I arrived at 300 and they REFUSED to see me! And one last was veryrude and nasty about it! Now I have to drive all the way to odenton for another appointment and I'M IN PAIN! 1): the lady at the front desk needs costumer service training! 2): they need to fix the text messaging!"
