"The staff was very nice and professional. They clearly enjoyed their job and each other. They complimented me on my outfit and my cane...made a "seasoned" woman feel real good. My new doctor was very kind and compassionate and had a wonderful bedside manner. I'm happy to have found this office after my experience with my old doctor. Anyhoo...out with the old, IN WITH THE NEWl"

"I saw Dr trinkha. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars with the pain doctor it would be zero. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt considering he had a lot of patients to see. I had chemo and an existing brain tumor epilepsy and diabetes type one. In the first appointment he said he was sending over my script and mentioned maybe Hopkins could be of help somebody since they worked with my other health issues but for now I'll send over your scripts. I explained that was 15 years ago and their pain management isn't like their other specialists. He said he was sending over a script and he would see me next time after I explained the damage done to my body after falling on the concrete and my brain tumor still sitting upon my neck and spine causing pain problems and my knee pain on a daily basis which makes me not get out of bed sometimes. I still manage my health issues well. I came to my second appointment and he said he was throwing me off pain medicine right before I walked out of the appointment with no reason why and putting me on baclofen muscle relaxer high dosage. My primary had been filling 3/4 pain pills for years but thought it was a good idea to get settled in a pain management. I was ambushed by Dr trinkha and had explained over and over to give me time to listen and respond with my focus problems due to my seizures. When I left the appointment i was dumbfounded. I tried to call the office to make another appointment to understand why I was being taken off and didn't ask to be taken off of pain medicine, the baclofen was giving me bad reactions an the pharmacist had to tell me to be very very careful it was more unsafe than a simple pain pill a few times a day, the baclofen muscle relaxer. was only on 3 a day for a few years and no history of abuse. I only took Advil even through my brain surgeries and chemo. Instead of being straight forward and saying in the first appointment you need to go somewhere else I won't manage you. Major confusion and to me is cruel. He wasted a lot of my time and energy. I'm used to how a few pain pills affect me, I'm well aware pain pills are addicting and so is this muscle relaxer if not taken correctly. I told Dr trinkha I just want some relief of pain I am scared I won't be here for long with my existing brain tumor, he made a joke and laughed and responded well I could not be here in a month either. Sarcastic mean a cruel thing to say. Dr Trinkha portrays to be a chill guy who cares but I've talked to many people in the waiting room and an old friend who went to him because he plays with medicine and mixes it with meds he shouldn't. If you do go to him, please be careful because he will put of the blue change up something and take you off without telling you a reason. It's weird and I've never dealt with that before. I only saw him twice and he sent over one last script and sent over 10. When I tried to get ahold of the office to understand this before I saw him again to try to finalize things in my brain and take notes he had a bunch of people answering for him. Before I left the office he said well your tumor is gone, I said actually it's still in my brain. I got into my mom's car and had a grad mal seizure with all of the unnecessary dtress. He's a mean and non caring pain doctor. He makes a joke out of what he does and should not be handing out pain pills. I'm not stating he does, but he made it seem like he had been guilty of something in his past and trying to hide something he's done himself. This is Brittany Gregor. I wouldn't recommend going to him."

"My father had a 9:50 AM appointment. When we arrived in the office all the seats were occupied. You're there because you're in pain and some people just aren't able to stand till a seat becomes available. Then he wasn't seen by his doctor till 11:00. Nobody who worked there even try to apologize for the wait. It was terrible service. The only good thing I can say is Michelle, the person my father's there to see is wonderful and very nice."

"Had surgery planned and scheduled two different times (took off work each time) only to arrive and both times told me it was one canceled the 14th of Nov and rescheduled to the 20th. The 20th came and they said it was canceled and only a in visit appt because I wasn't there on the 14th!!! Absolutely zero communication at this place! Then when I went to re schedule the surgery for the third time before I left the office they just said we'll call you...: I won't be holding my breath and looking for a new dr. I was also prescribed meds that they decided to tell me they were not willing to consider re filling as I took another med in the last and since being on that medication I am in a different category as a client and unable to receive the meds i was prescribed for 6 months... went thru a horrible detox but managed to push thru with the mind set of I don't want these meds anymore. The amount of defeat I felt since day one is unmanageable. STAY AWAY! Find somewhere else! Even the front desk don't want to give u the time. Just scream your name and room number n say go room etc. Total mess at this place!"

"Ohhhhh!!! Every negative review here has happened to me...from the need for physical therapy to injections all while in 30yrs worth of pain. My insurance denied a procedure and I get it, use a release of information form to get the past MRIs and other information. I think physicians know two things about MRI's they have to be approved by the insurance company and they are by appointment only. Knowing this I had an appointment for injections long before knowing what the problem is...Injestions that offered no relief anddd I had to be given something similar if not NarCan the last time I had an injection because, I literally vomited and passed out. Scary right? Yes so I really don't want to do those out of fear. I have been to (4) different pain management clinics and have never ever gotten medication or relief that helps. I want out of pain so I'm willing to do whatever besides just being put on narcotics but starting over with each pain management clinic is a bit much...They do the same thing the past (4) has done NOTHING. I called that dreaded 1-8** Number and asked to be connected to the Columbia Office...I was asked why? (Why)You're a scheduler what do you mean why? So he said I can ask that and I said enough, I can ask that you remove any future appointments under my name I will not be returning. Bad enough we have to call and be put on hold to be transferred to the office were visiting and then still don't get to speak to anyone. I'm over it. Dr. Mariam I can't really complain about but I cannot do this, don't do well with establishments with call centers manning their phones . Anyone here in these comments not having a problem with this place just want the meds and not to be pain free without narcotics. I called three times today....wont call again."

"Once again not all of my prescriptions had been sent over to the pharmacy. This is the third month this has happened. Wait time from arrival until seen has been ridiculously long. I arrived at 9 am for a 9:20 appointment, sign in by 9:05 as directed but not entered in to a treatment room until 10:15 at which point I had to wait another 10 minutes to see the doctors representative. She arrived and asked two questions and my appointment was concluded for this visit. I saw her for less than 2 minutes . For this they charged over $ 600 a visit to Medicare each and every month."

"Dr. Trikha is an amazing doctor who pays attention to his patients needs and listens to his patients very well. If you are in search of a pain management specialist who is sincere, caring, and not about keeping his patients doped up with medicine; who also focused on taking the best route towards healing, this is the right option for you. The staff is awesome as well."

"Michelle really listens and cares about you not only as a patient but as a human being. The ladies in the front office are always friendly and welcoming and efficient. This is a great place to go for relief of your pain , Michelle knew a lot about my pain and ways to help it. The people there are amazing!"
