Testimonials
"I was told he does shots or medicine but when I get there it was messed up. False advertisement and waste of time bc I can't be told my pain level or my pain before now. I brought ALLLLL my documents from 2017 and he didn't look at any!!!!! I showed what meds I take and he didn't want to look. What was the purpose of me being told to bring it if he didn't even wanna know my history. They didn't take my ID or insurance card, just sad, I'm trying to connect with no response:("
"Dr. Malady Kodgi (as I told him yesterday) is magician. I've been having pain in my left hip for > a year now. I'm not ready for hip replacement so pain management is what was recommended by my orthopedist. I had a steroid injection at the end of April and my second one yesterday. After my first I basically skipped to the parking lot. Yesterday was the same. No pain. The first shot was just starting to wear off. This management plan is not a cure but it is allowing me to do exercise and other things to strengthen my joint and stave the pain off. I have been pleased with the staff in the pain management department and the way they walked me through the process and calmed my nerves. The team is great! If you are seeking care with pain concerns and choose this method or others he is specialized in. I highly recommend Dr. Kodgi and his team!"
"Dr Kodgi is great at what he is doing for me. The staff is all very lively and pleasant. The great atmosphere makes a lot of difference for the patients. I am happy to be Dr Kodgi's patient."
"I'm quite disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism in the staff regarding an appt that I had. I had an a afternoon appt yesterday and called three times yesterday with no call back for my appt. Called this morning and won't get an appointment until the second week of April. The fact that the person who rescheduled my appt felt comfortable telling me that they canceled my appt without notifying me after I called and was lied to three different times yesterday is disturbing. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but it would have taken less than two minutes for someone to tell me the appt was canceled instead of lying every time I called."
"Dr. Malady Kodgi is the most concerned, empathetic pain management specialist at Medstar. I know my concerns will be dealt with in a timely compassionate manner. He takes a great deal of the difficulty out of living with chronic pain."
"Dr. Kodgi and Lisa always worked together on finding me the best way to treat my pain for my condition. They're both are always so professional and still manage to make me smile through the pain. They make me feel like I'm their only patient because of how attentive they are with me and always takes time to listen to what's going on with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Kodgi to anyone who needs pain management!"
"I had a very nice visit with the doctor and his assistant. The doctor answered all my questions and I found him to be patient. Good bedside manner and respectable. I would recommend him to anyone."
"My experience with Dr Kodgi was beyond my expectations. He and his assistant had lengthy discussion about my past X-rays, and listened intently about my pain ordeal over the past several months. He then explained the cause and his plan for relief. He took the time to really listen to me. I felt that he heard me, really heard me. He administered my care and I'm enjoying a better quality of life. Thank you Dr. Kodgi."
