"Staff was very sweet, place was efficient. However, Dr. Arnouk was rude. I had ask to get the stitches removed, and he acted as if I asked him to give me 10 push ups... He had snarky responses to getting the stitch removed too. I did appreciate his time but I would not recommend as the rudeness was off putting."
"I got a next day appointment because we needed to see an ortho quickly. We arrived to the appointment about 30 minutes before the appointment time, We were giving a room 15 minutes before the appointment time. X-rays were taken within 20 minutes and the doctor came in shortly after. He is very efficient and obviously sees a ton of patience a day but I felt that that in no way diminished his focus and ability to address the concerns we had for my son. I loved the efficiency and quick diagnosis and response and was thoroughly happy with the entire experience."
"The office staff and technicians are very nice and helpful! Dr. Arnouk is rude, dismissive and makes you feel like you are bothering him if you ask a question. He does not listen to what you have to say. I told him of a issue I have had since a surgery I had a few years ago with another doctor and he looked at me and said NO. Really? just NO. He is arrogant to the point that it is obnoxious! He has a blank look on his face the whole time. I have never written a review of a doctor before. I am making an exception because I have never met such a rude, arrogant, cold doctor in my life!! If i could give 0 stars I would. He is absolutely awful!!"
