Testimonials
"Miss Molly is exceptional. My son genuinely enjoys attending his speech therapy sessions, which speaks volumes. She is very informative and knowledgeable. Her kindness, patience, and dedication make a meaningful difference. We are truly grateful to have her as our speech therapist. I've had two other speech therapist before that just were not it. Miss Molly, she's the very best!! Unmatched!"
"Great location ! Designated parking spots in the parking lot. Very clean area. Only constructive criticism I have is , I would love to see the addition of more sensory friendly equipment in the open "gym" area for children who have sensory needs such as mine. All in all , the best therapy center I have been thus far! The entire staff including the ladies in the front reception area are all kind and welcoming! The therapists currently working there, Ms. Julia (speech), Ms. Natalie (OT), & Ms. Sam (OT), have been nothing short of supportive and kind in our time with them. You can tell that they all love what they do and it makes therapy all the more enjoyable for my kids. 10/10 will continue to recommend this location to prospective parents with children in need of services !"
"This rating is for the SAH physical therapy location on 4455 S KEDZIE! Both Hispanic receptionists there are usually moody or rude to patients when they're not in a good mood. Came in a couple minutes late and there was no one in reception desk so we sit down and wait, a few minutes later lady walks to desk and doesn't greet us, we greet her and there was no response... we wait and wait and nothing so we get up and ask her if we are supposed to let her know (even though she visibly saw we were there more than 10 minutes) and she says that she didn't know if the therapist had already came for the patient. Which made no sense to me because isn't the receptionist job to register the patient for their appointment and let the therapist know that their patient has arrived?! There was no one else there for appointments and being that she was the only one in reception, one would think she would remember who she registered and who she didn't... the therapists here are always kind and professional but the receptionists at front desk are something else."
"SAH Physical Therapy at Gage Park offers exceptional services and care. The location is easily accessible through Google Maps, making it convenient to reach. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring a comfortable and effective therapy experience. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and adheres to safety protocols. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I highly recommend for anyone in need of physical therapy services. "
"I suffered a bad ankle injury and this facility was integral in my recovery. I spent 10 months going with Mayumi, my physical therapist, and she couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. She aided me in regaining my ability to walk and gave me the tools to continue my recovery at home. Highly recommend this facility."
"I wantnyo thank my childs therapist Mayumi Garcia. She was very professional and was pleased with all sessions my son was in this clinic. Everyone was very friendly. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you for your work."
"DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE GIVEN OPTIONS FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY Unprofessional service. They don't call to confirm your appointments. Talked to the "secretary" and she said "we called you. There's a wait list now" We saved the number so we know when they call. No calls were ever made. YUMI G. was sitting around on a stool with no work being done. CLINIC WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY BUT THERE'S A WAIT LIST? RIDICULOUS. Asked for the Manager's name and number and they took forever to get it to us. Oh and also "YUMI" took off her Badge/ Name tag so she wouldn't be recognized by her full name when she came back with the managers number. If they did their jobs correctly there is NO NEED FOR HER TO TAKE HER BADGE OFF. TWO WORKERS ONLY FOR A CLINIC THAT HAS A "WAITING LIST"? RIDICULOUS."
"Caring, helplful and most importantly encouraging. The workers at SAH PT are amazing. Mayumi is the best"
