"Amy's approach to acupuncture treatment begins with a thorough and detailed conversation about health issues. She is compassionate and generous with her time and extensive knowledge. At the end of the day after the first appointment she sent me a detailed email outlining suggestions for steps I could take to improve my health. She also gave me breathing exercises and nutritional suggestions. She followed up the acupuncture treatment with a vibrational sound therapy session. The combination of the two techniques left me feeling significantly less agitation and anxiety and much more grounded and centered. The beneficial effects lasted. Today, 5 days later, Amy did another acupuncture and sound therapy session. This second treatment has further stabilized my nervous system. I had forgotten what it was like to not be in constant fight or flight mode and always on the verge of tears. In these incredibly difficult and stressful times, it is critical to get the kind of care that enables us to keep going and keep giving of ourselves. Amy is providing a vital community service with her tender and highly supportive care. I will be continuing to schedule sessions with her. I wholeheartedly recommend Northshore Acupuncture Center!"
