"We have always had good service from Dr. Cindy and the nurses. However, from a few months ago to the present, my daughter and I have been receiving very poor service, embarrassed by the receptionists, who tell us that there are no appointments for that day. Today (May 5, 25), once again, I tried to show one of the receptionists our appointment, and she said she didn't care, that it was what was in the system, that the call center can make the wrong appointment, and she simply got up from her chair and left me talking to myself. Today my appointment was with Dr. Cindy, a follow-up appointment, which I rescheduled over the phone for today (they have the recording and can access it) and they simply told me that the appointment was with another doctor, even though the supposed doctor is scheduled for Wednesday (May 7, 25), and I informed her of this at the reception. After all this embarrassment, Dr. Cindy saw us and asked what we were doing there. ... Then the poor service started at the reception and extended to the doctor. In short? WE LEFT THERE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, and we still had to put up with rudeness from people who were supposed to treat us with respect and politeness. REGRETTABLE"
