I came in with calcification in my arm and was honestly nervous about the whole process, but they completely changed my experience. From day one, the entire crew has been incredible. The atmosphere is relaxed, positive, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone interacts with each other and with patients in such a friendly, supportive way that you immediately feel comfortable walking through the door. I'll admit, I can be an annoying patient. I ask a lot of questions, I complain when things are uncomfortable, and I definitely need extra encouragement. Not once did they make me feel difficult. Instead, they were always patient, willing to push me (even when I didn't want to be pushed), and took the time to teach me what we were doing and why. That education piece made such a difference because I felt involved in my own recovery. They truly care about helping you get better, not just getting you through an appointment. I've made so much progress because of their dedication, encouragement, and expertise. If you're recommended for PT, this is the team you want in your corner. I'm so grateful for all of them!"
