"I am giving this facility 1 star because they clearly prioritize profit over patient care and the wellbeing of children. Our provider here was Dr. Cat. When I explained that, due to financial constraints, we could only attend every other week instead of weekly (since insurance covers very little), she responded by telling me that other parents spend up to $300 per session on their child. Instead of offering support or understanding, this came across as an intentional attempt to guilt me into paying more, essentially suggesting that my child's progress was tied to how much money I was willing to spend. That attitude alone is deeply unprofessional and inappropriate. Even more concerning, I discovered that insurance was being billed for one-hour sessions, when in reality Dr. Cat consistently ended our appointments at the 45-minute mark. When I questioned this, the front desk confirmed the billing was correct. I brought this issue to the office's attention, yet they chose not to respond. This raises serious concerns about dishonest and unethical billing practices. Ultimately, I was made to feel like a bad parent for not being able to pay their inflated rates, while also being overcharged for care we did not receive. This facility operates more like a business focused on squeezing families financially than a place dedicated to helping children. I would strongly caution any parent against bringing their child here."

"I highly recommend Montville Physical Therapy. The staff are outstanding, professional, friendly and caring. I particularly wish to acknowledge my therapist, Dr. Glenn Terry. He was upbeat, observant and extremely helpful in helping me with my balance and stability issues. The rest of the staff, especially Matt, and also Tracee at the front desk were friendly and helpful each time I came through the door. Sessions always started on time and any questions I had were always answered promptly. Thank you, Montville PT, for making everything go so well."
