"Came here to the Chicago location for some neck pain that I woke up with. Dr. Rugg was able to get me in the next day. My appointment started off with a massage from Kristen, who was amazing. She's very knowledgeable about what she does and gave me some tips for how to decrease my pain at home. Dr. Rugg was also very knowledgeable and took the time to determine what was causing me issues and how to best adjust me. Dr. Rugg was very gentle when adjusting and I felt instantly better.
