"I want to first say that I was referred by the VA due to scheduling constraints. However, everyone I interacted with was absolutely awesome from the receptionist/customer service to all the therapists or assistant therapists. I want to say I definitely see a major improvement from the beginning of treatment to the end. I couldn't be more grateful to everyone. The facility was always busy but no matter what I didn't feel less attended to or assisted. I was even able to use the workouts/stretches to help my wife who currently suffers from a herniated disk but still found relief in the stretches. So thank you everyone at ATI North Riverside."

"This is my second time coming to ATI in Riverside, Illinois. In 2021 the staff was amazing, kind, patient, and attentive. I received great help and improvements in my body and spirit because of their cheerful disposition. Now it's 2025, most of the old staff moved, either to other locations or elsewhere. Guess what? I received the same if not better treatment this time around. I say if not better because I was in a better state of mind to receive their help this time around. My physical movements and strength in my arm and legs improved greatly. My spirit and mind overcame a lot of blocks regarding my physical movement as I improved. "Physical therapy is painful, there's no getting around that fact. To lessen this pain, you should choose ATI North Riverside. Their professionals will do a complete evaluation & set goals with you to put you on the road to recovery. Every time you say the exercise is too easy, they will challenge you with something tougher. You can try bribery because they love chocolate covered sweets but you'll still work hard. It's your choice where you go for physical therapy & I recommend giving ATI North Riverside a chance to make the pain go away. Tell them Tom sent you."

"Just to let all know. This time for a total knee replacement I had asked my surgeon for this request for me to go to ATI in North Riverside for therapy recovery. I told my surgeon regarding the great service and staff that helped me thru a prior issue and had the best service comfort I had with them. When you walk in you are greeted as family and the welcome is wonderful. All therapist staff are very helpful with the steps for a recovery. On my first visit I had Trish and she was wonderful and encouraging. Then a change to Orlando also wonderful and encouraging for the program for me. Like family with them all the conversation as a new patient was welcoming. As a senior when I came again for another appointment I had another associate who helped with my program. I then knew that they were all knowledgeable with what I needed to do. Also all very helpful when the others were taking care of other patients. The change with the staff therapist has also been great, you get to know them and they get to know you and there continue support is encouraging for getting thru the process for a great recovery. The ATI in North Riverside review here, I can't say enough about them and the workers - it is another great experience for my using them again. Noted: Prior years had went to them for a back issues and they were wonderful with the help for a comfort level for my issues and very professional then and still the same acknowledgement for service for caring. "Therapy is a necessary part of the healing process & ATI North Riverside is a great place to work on getting healthier. All of the therapists are tuned in to your specific needs. A complete initial evaluation gets the process started. Working with your doctors, insurance company and even lawyers, ATI takes the stress out so you can concentrate on getting better. You can expect to work hard as you are challenged to meet & exceed the goals of a healthier body. Bribery with sweets dipped in chocolate will get you gratitude and smiles but you'll still have to work out! I definitely recommend that you keep this group in mind the next time someone tells you that you need physical therapy."

"3 months of PT here and everyday I was always welcomed with smiling faces and just an all around friendly environment no matter who you work with. Everyone is so nice and very in tuned with who they work with. Makes it a place where you don't mind going in and putting in the hard work to get better.
