"Zero stars if I could give. Please hire a new staff who is concerned about helping people and can talk to everyone with respect. The workers are real nasty handling business with the clients, Personal Assistants, care coordinators and anyone who they talks too. The workers who deals with the timesheets are the main ones who don't like they job and really needs to be replaced with someone who cares about they job. Thank you and have a bless day. I pray this helps someone and business here needs to improve drastically. Otherwise I don't see this agency going far in the future."
