"Long wait. Dr. Pavell brought in his laptop, but he never touched it to take notes while seeing me. Instead, he was using his phone on and off the whole time, about 15 minutes. When I questioned why he was not using his laptop, he said he used his phone to take notes, but each time before he typed into his phone, there was a ping indicating he got a message. I saw him texting someone while seeing me. He was not concentrating on the patient in front of him in his office. Very unprofessional. I will not go back to see him. I hope my review will get published. It would not be fair if the website does not publish my review."

"After dealing with C-5/6 pain issues for over 6 months ( and recommended surgery) I opted to try pain management first. I went to Dr Pavell and I was thoroughly impressed with his phenomenal bedside manner and his equally kind, caring staff. I felt immediate relief and was very impressed at the quality of care and their explanation of every step . He cares about his patients and you can tell he genuinely wants to help them .
