"At 12:13 I called in to see if I can book can appointment with an orthopedic which my doctor told me to seek out cause of my pain. I spoke with a nasty, unpleasant, and dismissive women. If I'm not mistaken when you are a receptionist, you just don't pick up the phone and say hello, it is followed by what place of business it is. Reminding me she has someone on the line waiting for her. Second how are you going to tell me the doctor doesn't check bones? She immediately told me I needed a referral which is totally fine. She asked me what's wrong and I was trying to explain that I'm experiencing a lot of pain all over and she just said yup he doesn't do that, he doesn't do hips when I literally said all over. They seriously need a new receptionist. I could only imagine how many people got pushed away because of it. To anyone who makes their way past her. Good luck."

"The doctor here is not bad but the servers is so disastrous. You will feel even worse after you go out. They make you feel like two cents to say the least. They don't treat you nicely when you ask questions. They literally give you such bad attitude that a crime that they are allowed to be open."

"I have used Dr Stein for a while and have recommended him often. He is an incredible doctor, and has always been the best orthopedist around. However, after calling in for an appointment, his secretary didn't even wait for a response before slamming down the phone aggressively. If you work in healthcare, you are required to explain yourself and reasoning behind why you can't take a patient before rudely slamming the phone down. I will be understanding, knowing that it has been a long day, but don't expect patients to give your office raving reviews when they are mistreated."
