I was given an initial consultation within two weeks of calling and surgery was scheduled with very little delay. Every facet from the front desk administration to the nurses were professional and efficient. Dr. Lee was very thorough and concise in his explanation of the prospective solution for the removal of a 58 year old baby tooth and two implants. On the day of my surgery I was quite nervous and the receptionist reassured me with what to expect based on her own experience letting me know that I was in very good hands. "Going into my wisdom tooth extraction appointment I was very nervous. I had had some rough extractions as a kid so I was really not looking forward to going through that again. My experience with Dr. Lee was so smooth. Though his demeanor was more to the point and business-like than warm and comforting, he did such an excellent job and I experienced it just as he said I would. I had IV sedation, so just as advertised I fell asleep right as the procedure began and the next thing I knew the very kind nurse was helping me out of the chair into the comfortable recovery room. Recovery is also going very smoothly following the given directions. The only pain I felt through the whole procedure and recovery was that of the IV needle going in. Overall the team was very professional and made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety. I would highly recommend to anyone facing wisdom tooth extraction! Also, I got all 4 taken out at once which I would recommend if possible since it would be a bother to go through another procedure again."
