"The staff (ONCE I AREIVED) was pleasant and helpful. I only experienced one bad apple and that was Nikki (or Mikki, hard to make out the N versus M when I spoke to her via phone). Her tone and the way she held a conversation was a little rude. Cut me off a few times while talking and even when I was speaking to my mom in the background to let her know what was being said, she sarcastically chimed into my mother and I conversation and was like "yup." Everyone always seem to have a different attitude and demeanor when they are face to face with persons. IRONICALLY! But again, the woman who actually walked me into the room and asked a few questions was pleasant. The doctor was quick and nice himself. Even the woman who set up my follow up appointment was pleasant. Smiles go a long way. It was just my initial phone conversation and front desk experience that I didn't like and that sets the tone for the appointment. Who wants to take time out there to visit a place when the call was bad and the front desk doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in. I stood there while a worker checked her mom in and took first priority before anymore even attempted to ask could they assist me. The build up was just POOR !! 0/10 for that portion but I'm grateful the visit turned itself around."

"They do things efficiently and quickly. My first appointment was under 2 hours and the rest have been under 1 hour. I was diagnosed and given advice on how to improve my tendonitis which has helped greatly. Dr. Hamaker is a competent and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and provides alternatives while not shooting down your own ideas. Great place overall."
