"I've been happy with the medical care provided, despite being told I'd only broken one bone and it never being mentioned until 12 weeks later that I'd actually broken 3 bones. Regardless, they've seemingly healed. I deducted one star only because the doctor never remembers having met me; today when he came in and told me it was nice to meet me (for the third time) I explained that we've already met twice and at the end of the visit he literally said "it was nice meeting you today." His credentialed nurse Alex (CRNP), on the other hand, not only remembers me but takes time out of her day to come say hi to me even when I'm only meeting with the doctor, but I'm reviewing him not her."
