"So thankful for the team here (Taylor, Keith, Aisha!!) that helped me get back to normal. The team is really kind, empathetic and supportive. Taylor had me set up with a tailored workout for where I was at, and it changed up every day (!! The best!!). I gradually had a progression plan and never had a boring PT day. Also really thankful for Taylor for helping me with the transition back into sport and the bridge with PT, the sports training, and home exercise. It's been some time, but now I'm back to competitive skating and ballet and wouldn't have been able to do it without this team.
