"I am so happy my doctor recommended Legacy PT when I took a fall last spring. The entire staff at Legacy is upbeat, fun, engaging, and so very helpful. I have had physical therapy visits in the past at a variety of other places, but none of them come close to Legacy. You feel like part of a family while you are there. I worked mostly with Kim, who is incredible. She is very thorough, helpful, and caring, and constantly followed up with me regarding my at-home exercises. I would very highly recommend Legacy and will return for any future needs for sure!"

"Shortly after having a difficult knee replacement surgery I started PT at Legacy Physical Therapy and Wellness. I wasn't looking forward to it, thinking it would be boring and painful. My therapist Kim changed my mind after the first visit. She was very informative and empathetic but know to push me when necessary. The entire staff at Legacy is pleasant and welcoming. "I have just finished my right shoulder therapy with Legacy Physical Therapy. I highly recommend it. I started four months ago with having 50% range of motion in my right shoulder. I ended with 90% range of motion and am almost pain free. In particular I recommend Jeremy G. He had insight into my issues and is very knowledgeable and was especially good at structuring my exercises. In addition he is very friendly and supportive. Although it was hard work at therapy he made it fun. I had been going to other therapists for a few months before I went to Legacy and they had not been able to bring me to the point that Jeremy did."

"I had a very positive experience at Legacy. All of the staff were friendly. I was always warmly greeted and invited to go back into the PT area upon my arrival. I worked with Jeremy on an issue with my arm, and he was exceedingly professional. He took the time to listen and make sure I understood what we were doing and why. "I have had worsening plantar fasciitis over two years despite numerous unsuccessful treatments. I underwent a surgical procedure at the end of November, and was referred to Legacy by a friend. Having had previous "meh" experiences with PT elsewhere, I made the mistake of setting my expectations low. I've had an exceptional experience with Jeremy as my physical therapist. He constantly challenges me, and varies my treatment plan to incorporate additional challenges to get me back to work. I realized this weekend that I was walking barefoot in my house without pain - that hasn't happened in almost three years! I can honestly say that I would not be this close to "normal" without Jeremy. I am eternally grateful for being referred here. I will continue to sing his praises and refer everyone I know here. "I have been seeing Jeremy at Legacy Physical Therapy for a few months for a recurring hip injury. He is a great physical therpist as he is incredibly thorough in his explanation of treatment. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and adjust treatment as needed to ensure I'm getting the most out of my appointment. He also provides effective at-home exercises/stretches that I have implemented into my daily routine to keep me progressing in between sessions.
