"Terrible service, find another doctor! Made it to my appointment on time. After waiting an hour, I learned they booked me and 2 other patients for the same time!! The doctor was apparently backed up by 2 and a half hours in appointments. Why he thought it's a good idea to book patients simultaneously, KNOWING that's not serving anyone in a timely manner is mind-boggling! While patients are in pain and waiting for medical attention, all we're told is if the wait is too much, you can reschedule. I'd been experiencing intense shoulder pain for 2 months. After my 3 hour wait, I see Dr. Urban for a total of 5 minutes!!! They requested an MRI on my request which was declined and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for a follow up(Nov 3). In the meantime I went on Zocdoc, found an orthopedist that accepts my insurance. And in one day got a doctor that actually checked my injury, managed to get me an MRI(approved this time) and physical therapy session within a week! I've got the MRI & therapy scheduled (Nov 4) and funnily enough, I get a call from Dr. Urban's office that I'd have to reschedule the follow up!! And the soonest date is (Nov 23rd) UNBELIEVABLE!! Had I not checked another doctor, I'd have another month of pain. I went through this so y'all don't have to. Do yourself a favor and stay away!"

"These people don't care their patients. My appointment was 1pm. I made arrangements to be pick up at 2:45 pm. I was brought back to exam room. At 2:30 pm, two doctors finally walked. The whole appointment was rushed. I had to wait for a brace fitting. I missed my access a ride. I had to $75. for car service out of my pocket. I have been leaving messages for the doctor and trying to reach someone by calling the appointment number. This unacceptable to me. I deserve better care than what I have received."

"The worst office is brookdale. They haven't sent no forms to my workers comp or my lawyers that beed asking for them. I call and they have a arritude do your job and nobody would be calling all they do is talk and not doing what they are supposed to do. I'm looking for another medical office for my knee."
