"very happy with my experience with Dr Neal Shah at OrthoIllinois. I had severe sciatica and was hoping to avoid surgery. I had already tried physical therapy. Took one week to get in and another to get testing done and one more week to get back in for an epidural steroid injection. He is kind softspoken and professional. Took time to answer all my questions. He clearly has extensive experience dealing with ortho pain situations. OrthoIllinois was modern efficient and courteous. They handle a very large number of patients and I did feel a bit like I was just one more of the hundreds they were moving through each day.
