When I first arrived at ATI, I could barely walk, yet the entire team immediately made me feel supported, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. Their level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication was exceptional. Every session gave me hope, and seeing my progress--especially being able to walk again--filled me with so much gratitude and happiness. What I liked most about my experience was how deeply invested everyone was in my recovery. ATI didn't just help me heal physically--they lifted my spirits and made me feel like I wasn't going through this alone. I truly felt valued every step of the way. "I like everyone there it's very convenient for me and when I finish I love the heating pad. But I can tell the difference a bit so I do some of the exercises at home but I can tell the difference slowly but surely."

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The staff rotates clients so you will work with everyone and it's a pretty good system overall. "I haven't been going there long ...just started for a Total Knee Arthroplasty which I had 3 weeks ago. So far, the therapists that I've worked with, Aaron and Dawn have been great. They're very patient with me. But most of all, their words of encouragement and positivity really help me to get through this. Just when I think I can't do it,..because it definitely isn't a picnic...they'll say, "you'll get there, you're doing great!" Obviously they've dealt with lots of patients going through this, so they have a good idea of what progress looks like. Me on the other hand, I wanted to dance the night away 2 weeks ago...lol ...just kidding. I'm just really hard on myself and impatient when it comes to me. So when they tell me I'll get there with such conviction, I believe them. And that makes all the difference in the world. ATI is wonderful!"
