"Dr. Bursztyn operated on my torn rotator in May. It was immediately clear that he will not operate unless it was absolutely needed. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and it was easy to get an appointment at both his Garden City and Queens locations. The pre-op scheduling was quick and easy. The operation went well. The follow ups were easy and he maintained communication with my PT office to assess proper treatment was being recieved. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need."

"This orthopedic wasted my times on 2 visits. Twice he told me i would need surgery but I have not gotten a date. Instead he suggested more PT which i wouldn't mind if he knew what a temporary disability letter was. Dr. Bursztyn completed underminded my complaints of pain and I have not been given any pain medication what so ever and I am suffering with my injuries for 3 months now. He is rude and to add insult to injury this MD barely examined me, after all he himself is in recovery. The wait to see him lasted longer than the visit, the visit was only 5 minutes, maybe 7. And finally the front desk as nice as they may be, have no consideration for your availability and schedule appts without asking you if the date and time work for you. I am disgusted with this doctor, and I refuse to see him again!"
